How does Pawfessor analyze my pet's behavior?

Upload a short video (15–60 seconds) of your dog, and our AI will analyze body language, movement patterns, and behavioral cues to provide insights about your pet's mood, health indicators, and behavior.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. To cancel, go to your device's subscription management:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pawfessor
  • Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Pawfessor

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. You can request a refund through:

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: go to Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at support@pawfessor.app to request deletion.

The AI analysis doesn't seem accurate. What should I do?

AI analysis is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. For best results:

  • Record in good lighting with a clear view of your pet
  • Keep videos between 15–60 seconds
  • Ensure your pet is the main subject in the frame
  • Avoid shaky footage

What languages are supported?

Pawfessor is available in English, Turkish, French, German, and Spanish. You can change the language in the app settings.
